Do you sell to the public?

- We mainly serve trade professionals, contractors, investors, home flippers, etc., but anyone can make a purchase as well.

 

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

- Yes, assuming the product is in new condition with original packaging intact and not damaged or modified in any way, shape, or form. Please do so within a 30 day period after the purchase date. It is your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements in order to bring the product(s) to our warehouse for the return or exchange. Refunds cannot be processed until we have possession of the product(s).

* Bulk transactions such as LTL, Full Truckloads or Special Orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

Delivery?

- We do not offer delivery service at this time but we can definitely recommend local companies to you.

 

How do I place an order?

Email what you need to 📧 sales@kos-trading.com and we will send an invoice to you with a link to pay via debit/credit card (no additional fee). You are welcome to pay via check or Zelle too. Payment via check must clear our account before the items can be picked up (may take a few days). Once payment has been received, your order will be prepared for pickup. That may take a few minutes to a few hours depending on the volume of stock items to pick.

 

Do you offer wholesale discount?

We offer wholesale pricing to contractors, investors, and trade professionals alike. The prices listed on our site is our retail price to the public. Please email 📧 info@kos-trading.com to request a Purchase Agreement form which you will need to sign to get wholesale pricing approved for your account.
